About the role
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process and manage wholesale/bulk orders
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for inventory and shipment updates
- Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and customer issues
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, etc.)
- Support billing and account-related queries with internal teams
