Business Analyst Trainee

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and assist in delivering strategic insights to drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify business trends and opportunities. Assist in the development of business process documentation, workflows, and process models. Prepare detailed business reports and presentations to communicate findings to the management. Support in the creation of use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business performance. Assist in the development of business intelligence dashboards using data visualization tools. Provide data-driven insights to help optimize business strategies and decision-making processes. Support in the creation of training materials and documentation for business processes. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
