IT Manager - Servers (300-400) & Infrastructure Operations /In-house role

Key Domain Coverage: Server Management (300-400) On premise & Cloud Systems Network Storage Databases EUC Information $9000 to $10000 + Bonuses Not SI Coy/ Inhouse Perm role SGX Listed Coy Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance and management of network infrastructure (IT & OT), servers, networks, storage, databases, and cloud systems. Ensure regular backups, updates, and patch management. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure to resolve technical issues. Ensure system and associated services operate efficiently. Implementation and enforcement of operational IT procedures, policies and standards. Desktop/notebook computers support. Lead and provide operational support for servers (both on-premises and in Cloud) and network equipment across the organisation. Implement and enforce IT security measures to protect against cyber threats. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., General Data Protection Regulation, ISO/IEC 27001). Conduct risk assessments and implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) and Cyber Security Incident Response Plan Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems. Ensure high availability and minimal downtime for critical network services and/or infrastructure Manage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and virtualized environments. Manage all data centers and server rooms. Ensure seamless integration of on-premises and cloud resources Requirements Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant discipline. At least 10 years of Infrastructure and Operations experience In-depth knowledge of network administration, server management, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
