The Digital organization drives this at Arrow by creating scalable, innovative, value-creating digital strategies, capabilities, and operations for the Global Components business.

 A Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing innovative and impactful marketing strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences. This role combines creativity, data analysis, and strategic thinking to craft compelling campaigns, content, and brand experiences. Focus on B2B marketing within the technology and electronics industry.

What You’ll Be Doing / As a Creative Strategist, you will:

Strategic Campaign Development

  • Design creative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with Arrow Electronics’ business goals and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure campaigns are integrated and effective. Content Ideation and Creation:
  • Generate ideas for engaging content across various channels, such as digital platforms, social media, email, and events.
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, and other creatives to produce high-quality assets that captivate audiences.

Brand Positioning

  • Ensure all creative outputs align with Arrow Electronics’ brand voice, values, and positioning.
  • Develop messaging frameworks that resonate with B2B customers and partners. Market Research and Insights:
  • Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Use insights to inform creative strategies and campaign development.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of creative campaigns.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize future strategies based on data and feedback.

Innovation And Trends

  • Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and creative techniques.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to keep Arrow Electronics’ marketing efforts fresh and competitive. Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Act as a liaison between creative teams and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to inspire innovative thinking.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in creative strategy, marketing, or advertising.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or electronics industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into creative strategies.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Familiarity with Arrow Electronics’ products, services, and target markets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.

Work Arrangement
