Conversational Experience Designer

SoundHound is seeking a Conversational Experience Designer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a Conversational Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative conversational experiences that delight our customers. This includes creating user flows, interaction models, and visual designs for our voice-enabled applications. You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and user research teams to ensure the seamless integration of the conversational interface with the overall user experience. Key responsibilities include: 1) Designing intuitive and engaging conversational flows, including the creation of conversational scripts, voice-based interactions, and visual designs. 2) Developing prototypes and mockups to validate design concepts with users. 3) Collaborating with the product and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of the conversational experience. 4) Continuously iterating on the design based on user feedback and data-driven insights. 5) Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in conversational design. Ideal candidates should have 2+ years of experience in designing conversational interfaces, a strong background in user-centered design, and a passion for voice technology. Experience with natural language processing, dialogue management, and voice user interface design is a plus.
