About the Role:
Soul AI is seeking a Senior React JS Developer who will play a pivotal role in owning, maintaining, and scaling our web applications. This position is ideal for someone passionate about frontend development and eager to mentor a team while delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front-End Development:
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform design mockups into responsive and interactive web applications using React.js.
• Implement best practices to ensure seamless user interfaces and optimal performance.
2. Code Optimization:
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to enhance application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
3. Ownership:
• Own solutions from end to end, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Engage with stakeholders to define success metrics and refine API ergonomics.
4. Mentorship:
• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Guide junior engineers in best practices and advanced React.js techniques.

Requirements:

1. Strong proficiency in React.js and related libraries/frameworks.
2. Deep understanding of modern web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
3. Experience in optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.
4. Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver solutions end-to-end.
5. Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
6. Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and modern build tools.
