As a Recruiter at Soul AI, you will be a key player in building a high-performing team by attracting top talent. You’ll develop and execute recruitment strategies to source, engage, and hire the best candidates for various roles. This is an in-office role based in Hyderabad, working 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
2. Sourcing: Utilize a wide range of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
3. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer.
4. Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage feedback from hiring managers.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ensuring alignment between job expectations and candidate profiles.
6. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
2. Experience sourcing candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
3. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing a positive candidate experience.
5. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
