About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Program Manager to oversee and guide the successful execution of AI projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
2. Execution Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day progress of AI projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
4. Team Coordination:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and teamwork.
5. Project Closure:
• Ensure successful completion of projects, conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.
• Document best practices to improve future project execution.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in AI, technology, or software development projects.
2. Strong understanding of AI technologies and project lifecycles.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
6. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
