As a Product Manager at Soul AI, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product vision and strategy, aligning it with company goals. You’ll manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while continuously improving the product based on market trends and user feedback. This is an in-office role based in Hyderabad, working 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
2. Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features, initiatives, and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
3. Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery from ideation through launch.
4. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and future iterations.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and shared understanding of product goals.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to guide product development and strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
2. Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and best practices.
3. Ability to translate complex business goals into actionable product plans.
4. Experience with market research, user feedback collection, and data-driven decision-making.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
