As a Senior React JS Developer at Soul AI, you will play a key role in owning and maintaining web applications, transforming designs into highly responsive and scalable web experiences. You’ll collaborate with designers, ensure code efficiency, and lead a team of frontend engineers, driving the development of user-centric AI applications. This is an in-office role based in Hyderabad, working 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front-End Development: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert design mockups into responsive and interactive web applications using React.js.
2. Code Optimization: Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of web applications by writing clean, efficient, and reusable code.
3. Ownership: Take full ownership of solutions from end to end, managing complexity and engaging with stakeholders to consider everything from success metrics to the ergonomics of APIs.
4. Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, guiding them through complex problems and helping them grow in their roles.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a React.js Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
2. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and React.js framework.
3. Strong understanding of frontend build systems, version control (Git), and testing frameworks.
4. Experience optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.
5. Ability to mentor and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support as they develop.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity and deliver quality results.
