Reports to: Founder & CEO

Type: Full-time | 6-day work week

Role Summary


This role exists to protect Founder focus, decision quality, and execution discipline.

The Manager – Founder’s Office operates at the center of the organization—ensuring priorities are clear, decisions are tracked, commitments close, and information reaches the Founder in usable form.

This is not an administrative role. It is a judgment + execution role.


Key Responsibilities Founder Enablement

  • Own the Founder’s calendar, priorities, and time boundaries.
  • Convert meetings, conversations, and voice notes into clear actions.
  • Track decisions, follow-ups, and open loops across CEO-level work.
  • Ensure commitments close without repeated escalation.


Priority & Decision Discipline

  • Filter inbound requests and information.
  • Decide what needs Founder attention and what does not.
  • Prepare structured briefs for key decisions (capital, land, governance, senior hires).
  • Reduce unnecessary meetings and context switching.


Execution & Operating Rhythm

  • Support leadership rhythms, reviews, OKRs, and board prep.
  • Capture decisions and ensure communication + execution.
  • Maintain clarity on owners, timelines, and next steps.
  • Surface slippage early and course-correct fast.


Communication & External Coordination

  • Draft/refine high-stakes emails, notes, and presentations.
  • Support Founder interactions with investors, institutions, and partners.
  • Coordinate preparation and follow-through for critical external engagements.


Trust, Discretion & Judgment

  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  • Anticipate risks, dependencies, and second-order effects.
  • Speak up early with facts, not drama.


What This Role Is Not

  • Not clerical support.
  • Not personal assistance.
  • Not passive coordination.


Candidate Profile Experience


3–7 years in Founder’s Office / CXO Office / consulting / operations / high-ownership startup roles


Must-Have Capabilities

  • Exceptionally clear written and verbal communication.
  • Strong structuring and follow-through.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast context switches.
  • Sound judgment and bias for closure.
