We are seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to support strategic M&A initiatives, including market research, due diligence, and financial analysis. You will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities and assisting in the execution of mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Support the creation of financial models and valuation analysis.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Research market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with senior executives to assess strategic fit and risks.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in M&A analysis or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of M&A processes and transaction structures.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
