Key Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with our products/services Onboard new customers and provide training and support Act as the customers advocate, resolving issues and recommending solutions Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met Key Qualifications: Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of customer success metrics and tools (eg, CRM software) Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams
