About the role
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Question Creator** **& Evaluator **to develop high-quality test questions for assessments in **Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil**. As part of our team, you will create and evaluate questions that measure language proficiency, reading, writing, and listening skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create, review, and edit multiple-choice, fill-in-the-blank, and descriptive questions in **Telugu, Kannada, Malayala** m, **and/or Tamil.**
* Design questions that evaluate someone's grammar, reading comprehension, writing and listening skills.
* Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards during content creation.
**Requirements:**
* This role requires expertise in at least one of the language **s (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil)**
* Experience in reading & typing at least one of the specified languages.
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Language, or a related field.
* Ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct questions.
* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
