Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the creative vision for a variety of projects, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual narrative. Establish art direction, style guides, and visual standards across brand and product design initiatives. Review and refine designs to meet project specifications and client expectations. Provide clear, constructive feedback and direction to the design team. Take a hands-on approach in executing design tasks and guiding the team through complex projects. Collaborate with clients to translate their vision into effective design solutions. Communicate and collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align creative strategies with business objectives. Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions. Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and technologies, applying them innovatively in projects.
