About the role

The Digital Experience team is a part of Marketing Operations group at Sophos. We are a growing team responsible for building and optimizing an amazing digital customer experience. As a Digital Experience Specialist at Sophos, you will be responsible for collaborating with product marketing, field marketing, campaigns, and web marketing teams to optimize processes and enhance the digital experience. Your role requires a solid understanding of all aspects of the web, including Sophos’ UX/UI design system, search optimization, lead generation, WCAG accessibility standards, and performance measurement. Reporting to the Digital Experience Lead, this position demands strong communication skills, effective stakeholder management, and proficiency with enterprise content management systems. Shift Time: 12 PM - 9PM (IST) What you will do Works within the product marketing, content, and campaign teams to support web experience that drives awareness, engagement, conversion, and purchase across the site. Works across web marketing team to bring in expertise as needed, including: UX design, content strategy and editorial review, SEO, accessibility compliance, measurement, and lead generation (campaigns, gated content, personalization) Lead and prioritize web publisher tasks to create and update pages. Prioritization and communication of all activities and priorities. Ensures that content is structured and well optimized for performance and adheres to SEO best practices Work with cross-functional digital and field teams (social media, blogs, events) to support SEO, global campaigns, and the buyer journey. Works closely with launch lead to support web components for product launches Solid, broad knowledge of all digital elements Supports Quarterly Insights back to the business What you will bring Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in digital experience roles Fluent in English, both written and verbal Experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Proven track record of stakeholder management, communicating and contributing to digital experience processes (Product launches, events, SEO) Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage relationships effectively. Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple digital initiatives.
