We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex calendars, handling sensitive information with discretion, and anticipating needs to ensure seamless daily operations. This role requires a sharp eye for accuracy, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional follow-through. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the executive, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Ensure every detail of scheduling, travel, and communication is executed flawlessly. Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations for accuracy and clarity. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Track and manage tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them. Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail. Serve as the liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. Assist with personal tasks or errands when required. Qualifications: Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role (3+ years preferred). Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize. High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred experience with CRM and Email Marketing systems such as HubSpot. Worked as assistant previously minimum 2 years (Required).
