Operations, Social & Growth - Startup Intern

This is a fast-paced, high-impact internship for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a startup. You'll work across operations, marketing, content, and growth—playing a key role in how we build ZOOZ. What You'll Be Doing Order Fulfilment & Logistics: Pack and ship customer orders, manage inventory, and ensure every delivery is seamless. Social Media & Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and post daily TikToks & Instagram content from our in-house studio. Customer Engagement & Service: Respond to customer emails, DMs, and comments—ensuring every interaction aligns with our brand. Growth & Outreach: Do mass outreach on LinkedIn and email to help book high-value meetings and drive business partnerships. General Startup Support: Whether it's prepping for events, brainstorming campaigns, or optimizing internal processes, you'll be in the thick of it every day. Who You Are Ambitious, hands-on, and eager to learn—you thrive in a fast-moving environment. A recent graduate or early-career self-starter looking for real-world startup experience. Social media-savvy—comfortable with TikTok, Instagram, and creating video content. Organized and detail-oriented—whether handling logistics or outreach, you know how to get things done.
