About the role

Technical Program Manager United States, San Mateo, CA As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, delivery, and execution of complex technical projects and initiatives. You will work closely with engineering teams, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of new features, capabilities, and solutions. Responsibilities include: - Driving the overall program planning, tracking, and execution for multiple technical projects - Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, work plans, schedules, and resource needs - Facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration and communication to align teams and drive progress - Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track - Reporting on project status, milestones, and outcomes to key stakeholders - Supporting the development and implementation of program/project management processes and best practices Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a technical program/project manager in a fast-paced, agile environment - Demonstrated ability to lead the planning and delivery of complex technical projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders - Strong project management skills, including the ability to define scope, plan, track, and report on progress - Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills to build alignment and drive progress - Proficient with project management tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) - Experience working in the game industry or with game development teams is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience
