Manage and maintain core sales applications, including SAP IBP and Alloy.ai, ensuring efficient performance and user experience.

Coordinate system upgrades, refreshes, and integrations to ensure operational continuity and data integrity.

Respond to end-user support requests, providing timely solutions aligned with guidelines and business priorities.

Manage user access and roles, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and compliance with governance standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues.

Partner with collaborators to identify, scope, and implement system enhancements, updates, and improvements.

Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation; conduct user training to drive adoption and proficiency.

Support data analysis, audits, and reporting activities to maintain high-quality, reliable data.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data imports/exports and maintain data processes across systems.

Participate in system-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in business systems management, sales operations, or data analysis.

Hands-on experience with IBP, Alloy, or similar planning and analytics tools preferred.

Strong understanding of data management principles, system integrations, and reporting frameworks.

Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, HTML, or Python.

Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, DOMO) is a plus.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize effectively and collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
