Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sonologist, located in Gairsain. The Sonologist will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, interpret findings, and provide detailed and accurate reports. The role involves collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care and maintaining ultrasound equipment to ensure proper functioning. The Sonologist will also engage with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure their comfort throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in diagnostic ultrasound techniques and interpretation.
- Strong ability to explain procedures and instill confidence in patients while maintaining their comfort and care.
- Proficiency in maintaining and operating ultrasound equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety during diagnostics.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- A valid Sonologist certification or registration as required by applicable regulations.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in radiology or diagnostic imaging, is preferred.
- A strong sense of ethical responsibility and dedication to delivering compassionate patient care.
