Manager - Learning Solutions

We are looking for an experienced learning & development professional to lead our team of learning specialists (writers / instructional designers) as our company continues to grow. The Manager - Learning Solutions will assess client training needs and oversee the development of innovative e-learning, instructor-led training, mentoring and coaching programs, explainer videos, and related solutions (you can find examples in the "services" section of our website). Experience with multimedia production would be a definite plus. This is a 100% virtual, part-to-full-time position. Responsibilities / Outcomes Delivered Master Sonata Learning's approach to instructional design and training facilitation Lead projects from initial needs assessment and discovery through final delivery Write scripts for e-learning modules and videos, develop instructor-led training decks and guides Serve as a coach and editor to our team of Learning Specialists Liaise with the Production and Design teams to ensure multimedia / interactive content is delivered to specifications, per Sonata's quality standards Work with the Operations Manager to ensure projects meet deadlines / budget targets Contribute to initial project planning / scoping / budgeting Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for all project-level concerns Occasionally facilitate training-of-trainers workshops (virtual and in-person) Continually research new innovations in learning & development and suggest process improvements
