Virtual Assistant (After-Hours Dispatch & Billing)
Location: Remote - Philippines
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST (Monday-Friday) + 24/7 Weekend Coverage (Split Between Two VAs)
Compensation: $1,000/month

About The Role
We’re hiring
two dependable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to provide
after-hours support for a U.S.-based gas pump repair business that operates 24/7 across South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, and East Tennessee.
As part of a two-person team, you’ll alternate shifts to ensure full after-hours coverage. Your responsibilities will include
dispatching technicians,
billing clients, and
managing collections and basic accounting tasks using
QuickBooks. When call volume is low, you’ll shift your focus to billing and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
After-Hours Dispatch & Communication - Answer calls and emails during non-business hours
- Follow established dispatch protocols:
- Check the on-call calendar
- Contact the on-call technician via text or phone
- Escalate to a manager if no response
- Log and document all service calls accurately
Billing, Collections & QuickBooks Support
- Send invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
- Support bookkeeping and administrative tasks during downtime
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
- Experienced with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools
- Background in billing, AR/AP, or collections is a strong plus
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently during quiet hours
- Prior experience in dispatch, customer support, or virtual admin roles
- Comfortable working overnight and weekend hours on a rotation
Schedule & Structure - Two VAs will be hired to cover:
- Weekdays: 7 PM - 7 AM EST
- Weekends: Full 24/7 coverage (split between both team members)
- Each VA will work approximately 45 hours per week
