Work Hours : Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Timezone : Eastern Time

Salary Range : $1,000 - $1,500 per month (depending on experience)

Holidays : Mix of both (US and candidates’ home country)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our growing operations across multiple companies. This person will be instrumental in lead generation, customer communication, CRM management, automation, and workflow organization. We're looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys systems and structure.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

CRM & Database Management

  • Manage and organize CRM data across multiple brands
  • Create, tag, and segment contact lists
  • Keep the database clean, updated, and easy to navigate
  • Take pride in database upkeep and enjoy the process
  • Document all workflows clearly and consistently

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Research and discover new leads and contact information
  • Conduct thorough, high-quality research (not surface-level)
  • Reach out to leads with appropriate messaging for each brand
  • Stay on top of lead statuses and follow up so they don’t go cold
  • Provide daily updates on all leads and pipeline movement

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Send automated and personalized follow-ups, including confirmation emails with purchase details and next steps
  • Follow up with leads who didn’t buy
  • Handle support tickets and customer questions
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer service

Email & Automation Management

  • Build and manage outgoing email campaigns
  • Set up automation flows, if/then logic, surveys, and forms
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Clickfunnels (training provided)
  • Collaborate on setting up systems to catch and convert more leads

Cross-Company Awareness

  • Understand and quickly switch mindsets between different brands or business units
  • Align communication and goals appropriately for each company

Daily Reporting

  • Submit detailed daily reports on activities, progress, and customer interactions
  • Keep leadership fully informed of lead statuses and customer insights


QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills

  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
  • Strong understanding or willingness to learn CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Clickfunnels, etc.)
  • Excellent organization and documentation habits
  • Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and responsive
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
