Position : Recruiter / Human Resource Specialist

Working Schedule : 8a-5p CST

Salary Range :$2,000-$2,200 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Recruiter / Human Resources Specialist . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a small-scale company environment. This role is crucial and requires someone who can take initiative and contribute directly to the team's success, as our small management structure means a more collaborative and "all-hands-on-deck" approach.

The position will focus on supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and hiring top talent. You will also play a key role in core HR functions, including employee relations and administrative tasks.

We're specifically looking for a professional with experience recruiting for law firms, particularly within the field of Family Law. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about attracting and retaining exceptional team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicant qualifications against job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Support HR processes such as employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance matters. Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter and HR assistant.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Family Law Recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
