About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer with an engineering mindset — someone who loves structured thinking, testing, learning, and iterating based on data. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who doesn’t just manage ads, but builds and optimizes scalable growth systems.

You’ll take the lead on user acquisition across digital marketing channels and work cross-functionally to drive sustainable, scalable growth.

If you treat marketing like product development — launching fast, testing everything, and doubling down on what works — this role is for you. A love for video games is a strong bonus.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Design and run A/B tests on creatives, copy, offers, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
  • Manage and iterate full-funnel strategies to improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key metrics
  • Think like an engineer: define hypotheses, analyze data, and build repeatable growth systems
  • Collaborate with product, creative, and engineering teams to launch and scale campaigns
  • Explore and test new acquisition channels such as influencer, affiliate, SEO, organic social, and email
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting with strategic insights
  • Contribute to long-term marketing strategy and help shape the overall growth roadmap

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of performance marketing or growth experience, ideally in consumer goods or e-commerce
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns and achieving acquisition or revenue milestones
  • Strong understanding of growth metrics, funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization
  • Analytical and test-driven — you’re always asking “why” and “what if”
  • Thrive in a startup environment — scrappy, self-sufficient, and focused on solutions
  • Passionate about testing, tweaking, and continuous improvement
  • Bonus: Experience with affiliate, SEO, influencer, or brand partnerships
  • Nice to have: A passion for video games or experience in the gaming industry
  • Extra bonus points: You’ve helped scale a company from low 7-figure revenue to 8 figures and beyond — and you’re hungry to do it again
