ERP Systems Administrator (Epicor) – Latin America (Remote, EST Hours)
Company Overview
We are a new manufacturing business in the pre-revenue stage, currently constructing its operations. With a growing corporate team (<20 employees) and an expanding plant workforce (expected to reach 50+), we are looking for a skilled ERP Systems Administrator to support our manufacturing and corporate functions.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to join our small but dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have Epicor experience (strongly preferred) or a solid ERP/manufacturing systems background. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple departments, including finance, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-house Epicor specialist, supporting ERP system administration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Assist accounting, sales, and finance teams in building dashboards and generating reports.
- Query databases using SQL to develop custom reports and insights.
- Work closely with department heads to enhance operational efficiency through ERP system improvements.
- Collaborate with an external software development partner for complex customizations.
- Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams on ERP best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ERP system administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Epicor ERP experience is a major advantage.
- Familiarity with inventory management, work-in-progress (WIP), and general manufacturing workflows.
- SQL experience (ability to query databases and generate reports).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English (minimal accent preferred).
- Experience working in a North American organization is a plus.
- Background in automotive or steel manufacturing is a plus.
Work Schedule & Location
- 9 AM – 5 PM EST (remote role, Latin America preferred).
- Initially a single shift, with potential for adjustments in the future.
Interview Process
- Informal, 2-3 stages, mainly Q&A-based.
- Possible small take-home test.
