Position : Customer Operations Coordinator

Client's Industry : Wedding Services

Work Hours (Client) : 8am - 5pm MST

Pay Range : $1,000-$1,500/month depending on experience

Location of Search : Preference: Philippines

Work Location : REMOTE

About The Client

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Operations Coordinator to support our customer operations and order management processes for the company. This role focuses on email-based communication and administrative tasks that keep our business running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

  • Handle all email correspondence with customers regarding inquiries and leads
  • Respond to order questions and provide status updates
  • Send shipping confirmations to customers
  • Process and send receiving confirmations
  • Communicate final delivery confirmations

Order Management

  • Maintain and update order tracking sheets as new orders are received
  • Ensure accuracy of order information and customer details
  • Monitor order progress from receipt through delivery

Shipping Operations

  • Create UPS shipping labels for outbound orders
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and tracking information
  • Maintain shipping records and documentation

Administrative Tasks

  • Organize and file email communications systematically
  • Manage Google Drive folders and file organization
  • Share files and documents with team members and customers as needed
  • Maintain digital filing systems for easy access and retrieval

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong written communication skills with professional email etiquette
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets)
  • Experience with UPS shipping systems or willingness to learn quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with order management processes
  • Experience with shipping and logistics coordination
