Solventless Operator to join our growing packaging manufacturing team.
📍 Location: Kota, Rajasthan
🏭 Industry: Flexible Packaging / Packaging Manufacturing
🕒 Experience: 2+ Years Preferred

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor solventless lamination machines
• Ensure proper adhesive mixing and coating quality
• Maintain production efficiency and minimize wastage
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
✅ Requirements:
• Experience in solventless lamination operations in the packaging industry
• Knowledge of machine handling, troubleshooting, and production processes
• Understanding of flexible packaging materials and adhesives
• Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets
