We prefer service engineer candidates from Printing industry for Eco solvent/Solvent printers/UV printers and find the JD below
Key Responsibilities:
- Install signage printers and maintain equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolutions.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
- Document service reports, technical findings, and repairs completed.
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Provide remote and on-site support, as needed.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to report recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain tools, test equipment, and service parts inventory.
Locations:
- Bangalore,Ahmedabad, Delhi, Chennai
Salary: ( based on interview performance) + PF, ESI/ Insurance and other benefits.
