Digital Analyst (Adobe Analytics)

We are seeking a Digital Analyst (Adobe Analytics) to drive experimentation and digital performance optimization across our digital platforms. This role will serve as a strategic partner to product teams, providing expert guidance on test design, data analysis, and program valuation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, deep technical expertise, and a passion for uncovering insights that drive business impact. The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to: Analyze and report on the performance of e-commerce platforms, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Monitor the overall health of the e-commerce business using key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement and maintain best practices for digital data collection across platforms and tools. Conduct behavioral analysis including pre/post testing, statistical significance testing, and cohort analysis. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to visualize key metrics and insights. Support ad-hoc analysis requests from cross-functional teams to inform business decisions. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align analytics with business goals.
