Solution Consultant (Sales) – Kottayam & Idukki | Ardex Endura India Pvt. Ltd.
Qualification: B.Tech / MBA
Experience: 2–5 years (Preferred)
Industry: Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing, Tile Adhesives
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Waterproofing, Tile Adhesives & Construction Chemicals.
Manage dealers and expand the dealer network.
Build relationships with influencers (Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Builders).
Generate project leads and provide technical product support.
Achieve sales targets and submit regular market reports.
Travel across the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Construction Chemicals/Building Materials.
Strong communication, negotiation, and dealer management skills.
Knowledge of CRM/MS Office is an advantage.
