Position Overview: At Axestrack, we don't believe in "throwing it over the fence." We are looking for a Solution Consultant who will own the customer journey from the first technical discovery call to the final "Go-Live" moment. You will be the primary technical authority, ensuring that the visionary solutions promised during the pre-sales phase are seamlessly integrated into the client’s operational DNA.
A high skilled professional coming from a background of IT Services background, from a Solutions / Pre-sales / Solutions & Implementation / Solutions Architect or Engineer who build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) & Responsible of Request For Proposals / Request For Information (RFPs / RFIs are the relevant candidates is this regard
Core Responsibilities
Phase 1: Pre-Sales & Strategy (The Architect) · · ·
Solution Design: Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and design bespoke IoT/Logistics workflows.
RFP Ownership: Lead the technical response for RFIs and RFPs, ensuring Axestrack’s USPs are highlighted, and all technical requirements are addressed.
Custom Demonstrations: Build and present customized product environments that mirror the prospect's specific use cases.
Phase 2: Implementation & Delivery (The Builder) · · · ·
End-to-End Deployment: Lead the technical onboarding of new enterprise clients, ensuring hardware (IoT/Sensors) and software (SaaS platforms) are configured to the client’s specifications. Integration Management: Oversee API integrations between Axestrack and the client’s existing ERP/TMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
UAT & Training: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead "Train the Trainer" sessions to ensure high user adoption.
Project Governance: Manage timelines, identify implementation risks, and navigate technical roadblocks to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 4–7 years in a hybrid Pre-Sales/Implementation role within the SaaS or Supply Chain domain.
Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Monday.com) and a "get-it-done" attitude.
Technical Breadth: Strong grasp of API protocols (REST/SOAP), database logic, and IoT hardware troubleshooting.
Consultative DNA: The ability to manage difficult client expectations during the "messy middle" of an implementation.
Qualification
B.Tech/B.E. or MBA with a strong technical background.
