Role: Solutions Engineer
Experience: 10+ years
Job Location: Mumbai
Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Engineer who combines strong technical depth with a consultative, customer-facing approach. The ideal candidate will craft high-impact solutions, lead technical engagements, and support business growth across global markets.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record in pre‑sales, solutions engineering for complex enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of technology, architecture, business processes, and customer pain points.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML-based security, or enterprise SaaS preferred.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solutioning & Proposal Management
- Develop tailored solution architectures, proposals, and value positioning documents that address customer challenges.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, risks, and integration requirements.
2. Pre-Sales Demonstrations & Workshops
- Deliver compelling demos, PoCs, and technical workshops.
- Manage PoC planning, execution, success criteria, and stakeholder alignment.
3. RFP/RFI & Technical Documentation
- Own technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
- Prepare architectural diagrams, integration guides, and deployment recommendations.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with global sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive and successful solutioning.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners.
5. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Analyse industry trends, emerging threats, competitor offerings, and customer expectations to strengthen solution strategy.
6. Project Implementation & Customer Success Alignment
- Ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams, including clear documentation and expectation setting.
- Support early adoption phases where needed.
