Role Overview
We are hiring Solutions Engineers (Freshers) who will undergo structured technical training and work on enterprise technology platforms.
Selected candidates will receive training in ERP solutions, backend development, and full-stack technologies, and will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams.
Candidates will be placed in one of the following tracks:
• ERP Solutions Engineer
• Full Stack Developer (Python + Angular)
• Backend Developer
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in structured technical training programs on enterprise platforms and application development
• Assist in developing and supporting ERP and SaaS-based solutions
• Work on backend development using Python and related frameworks
• Build and maintain web applications using Angular and modern frontend technologies
• Support integration, customization, and enhancement of ERP modules
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design scalable applications
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to debugging and optimization
• Maintain documentation and follow coding best practices
Technical Skills (Preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Python programming
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with Angular or modern frontend frameworks
• Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of APIs and software development lifecycle is a plus
• Interest in ERP platforms and enterprise software development
Eligibility Criteria
• B.E / B.Tech / MCA / BCA / BSc in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Freshers graduating in 2024 or 2025 can apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for learning new technologies and enterprise platforms
Training & Compensation
• Selected candidates will undergo professional technical training before project allocation
• During the training period, candidates will receive a stipend/salary up to ₹1.8 LPA
• After successful training and evaluation, candidates will be placed in project teams with career growth opportunities
