The Role
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our Global Sales team. You will be the functional and technical bridge between our customers, the Global Sales team, and Product & Engineering — translating customer pain points into solution architectures, running POCs, and feeding structured product input back into our roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Solutioning & POCs
- Lead functional and technical discovery with prospects across freight, TMS, inventory planning, demand forecasting, visibility, and control tower use cases.
- Translate customer business problems into solution architectures, integration designs, and module configurations.
- Scope, plan, and run customer POCs and pilots end-to-end — from data intake and module configuration through demo orchestration and outcome measurement.
- Own the technical narrative in pitch decks, RFP responses, SOWs, and customer-facing solution documents.
Product Roadmap & Engineering Partnership
- Serve as the structured voice-of-customer into Product and Engineering — consolidating field input from Sales and customers into prioritized product improvement requests.
- Partner directly with the CTO, Product Managers, and Engineering leads to validate feasibility, scope effort, and sequence enhancements that unlock revenue opportunities.
GTM Enablement
- Build reusable solution assets — reference architectures, demo scripts, vertical playbooks, and ROI calculators.
- Enable channel partners across Japan, Southeast Asia, and the US on solution patterns, discovery frameworks, and fit-assessment tools.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–8 years of total experience, with the majority in supply chain or logistics — operations, consulting, solution design, or platform pre-sales.
- Functional depth in at least two of: Transportation Management, Freight Procurement & Audit, Warehouse / Inventory Management, Demand Planning & Forecasting, Order Management, Shipment Visibility, or Control Tower operations.
- Proven track record of translating customer pain points into solution designs and running structured POCs through to commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmap decisions through structured customer feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to brief a CXO, a procurement team, and a backend engineer with equal fluency.
Strong Plus
- Prior experience at a supply chain / logistics SaaS or platform company (TMS, WMS, Visibility, Planning, Control Tower, or freight-tech).
- Hands-on exposure to platforms such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Oracle SCM, Manhattan, FourKites, project44, e2open, or Kinaxis.
- Experience supporting deals across Japan, Southeast Asia, or the US — including familiarity with partner-led GTM motions.
- Vertical depth in Automotive, CPG, Pharma / Life Sciences, 3PL / 4PL, or Industrial Manufacturing.
- Industry certifications such as APICS / CSCP / CPIM, or solution architecture credentials from a major platform.
