Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solutions Consultant located in Ahmedabad, with the flexibility of working from home on some occasions. The role involves understanding clients’ needs, providing expert consulting on engineering design solutions, and assisting in the presales and sales process. The Solutions Consultant will work closely with project teams to ensure seamless project management and execution while maintaining a strong focus on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, identify challenges, and develop effective engineering solutions
- Experience in Consulting and Presales to guide clients through design solutions and present tailored offerings
- Proficiency in Sales with the ability to build client relationships and promote value-driven solutions
- Effective Project Management skills to ensure timely and efficient execution of project deliverables
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Experience in the engineering, sustainability, or insulation industry is highly desirable
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools and an eagerness to stay updated on industry trends.
