🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a US Healthcare RCM expert who can bridge the gap between product, sales, and clients. This is a client-facing, pre-sales role where you will understand client pain points, demonstrate HealOS, and drive conversions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demos of HealOS tailored to:
- Billing companies
- Providers / Clinics
- RCM teams
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in:
- End-to-End RCM (Eligibility → Claims → AR → Denials)
- Participate in sales calls with US clients:
- Understand client workflows and challenges
- Position HealOS as the solution
- Translate RCM problems into product use cases & demos
- Work closely with:
- Sales team → to close deals
- Product team → to improve features based on client feedback
- Support proposal creation, onboarding, and client success
🔹 Must-Have Requirements
- 4–8 years experience in US Healthcare RCM (end-to-end)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- Denial management, AR follow-ups, Prior Auth, Claims lifecycle
- Experience in client calls / US stakeholders
- Ability to present, explain, and demo workflows clearly
- Strong communication & storytelling skills
🔹 Good to Have
- Experience in RCM SaaS / Healthcare product companies
- Exposure to automation / AI in RCM
- Prior experience in pre-sales / demos / sales support

- Demo-to-conversion ratio
- Client engagement & feedback
- Revenue contribution from deals supported
- Quality of product feedback
