This role is ideal for someone with start up experience in a fintech in fundraising, strong banking or payment industry experience and at least a decade of managing teams and creating platforms/products end to end.
You will also be required to guide the team on solutions to be used, ERD, hosting, cost, and other critical elements along the build journey. You must be able to code and lead the technical team.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Solutions Architect. The Solutions Architect will design and implement scalable, efficient software architectures tailored for fintech, fundraising, or payment applications within a startup environment. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing requirements, consulting with stakeholders, creating architecture solutions, overseeing integration processes, and optimizing business processes through innovative solutions. Ensuring alignment with technological strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams is a key element of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Solution Architecture, including designing scalable and efficient architectures
- Experience in Consulting and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with business needs
- Proficiency in Software Development, including hands-on coding and technical implementation
- Skills in Integration and system interoperability to ensure seamless data and process flow
- Understanding of Business Process optimization to align technology with operational goals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with fintech, fundraising, or payment applications is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
