Solutions Architect/ Enterprise Architect – Technology-Kochi

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Solutions / Enterprise Architect to provide technology leadership across Product Engineering, ERP and Software Services. The role will be responsible for defining technology architecture, driving modernization and transformation, establishing architecture standards, and ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.
The position will work closely with Management, Engineering, Product, ERP, Delivery, Sales, Business Development and customers on strategic technology and complex solution requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise technology architecture, standards, principles and roadmap.
- Lead architecture decisions across applications, cloud, data, integrations, security and infrastructure.
- Provide architectural direction for Product, ERP, SaaS and enterprise applications.
- Design and review scalable solutions using .NET, Angular, Azure/AWS, APIs, Microservices and distributed systems.
- Drive cloud adoption, application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish architecture governance, conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with technology and security standards.
- Evaluate technology platforms, tools and emerging technologies based on business value, scalability, security and cost.
- Identify and evaluate practical AI/GenAI opportunities, including LLMs, RAG, AI APIs, Agents and AI-assisted development.
- Ensure solutions address security, performance, scalability, availability, compliance and operational risks.
- Work with senior management to translate business objectives into technology strategy and solutions.
- Participate in complex customer discussions, architecture workshops, solutioning and strategic technical pre-sales when required.
- Review high-value proposals and provide technical guidance for complex customer requirements.
- Mentor Architects, Technical Leads and Engineering teams and act as a senior escalation point for complex technical decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–20 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution/Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting or Technology Leadership.
- Strong experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft/.NET technologies with exposure to multiple technology platforms.
- Good understanding of Azure/AWS cloud architecture.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, Microservices, distributed systems and modern application architecture.
- Experience with ERP, SaaS and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience in technology strategy, architecture governance and modernization.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI and emerging technologies.
- Good understanding of security, identity, VAPT, cloud security and technology risk.
- Strong experience working with senior management, customers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance business value, technical quality, delivery feasibility, security and cost.
