Job Title: Senior Lead BizFlow (Business Architecture - Solution architect)

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Lead BizFlow with strong experience in Business Process Management BPM and application process migrations specifically leveraging BizFlow BPM The role requires Handson expertise in designing migrating and optimizing business processes while providing technical leadership across delivery teams and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end BizFlow BPM implementations and migrations including legacy workflow migration to BizFlow
Analyse existing business processes workflows and rules to support process reengineering and modernization initiatives
Design develops configure and optimize workflows using BizFlow BPM tools
Drive migration strategy including process mapping data migration considerations validation and postmigration stabilization
Act as a technical and functional lead guiding developers and analysts on BizFlow best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders’ architects and integration teams to ensure seamless BPM solutions
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards on security performance scalability and auditability
Support UAT production deployment and hypercare phases
Provide knowledge transfer documentation and mentoring to internal teams
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation enhancements
Required Skills Experience
8- 12 years of overall experience in BPMworkflowbased solutions
Strong handson experience with BizFlow BPM design configuration customization
Proven experience in process or application migration projects including legacy BPMworkflow platforms
Solid understanding of BPMN workflow orchestration business rules and case management
Experience integrating BizFlow with enterprise systems APIs databases middleware
Strong knowledge of SQL XML web services and enterprise application integration patterns
Experience leading technical teams and owning delivery in complex programs
Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
