Role Description
- Participating in technical requirements gathering, brainstorming & documenting the solution.
- Interfacing with all levels of developers & QA and addressing delivery teamʼs issues.
- Understanding and leveraging key aspects of building operationally viable solutions. . Must be able to take responsibility of AI based solutions.
- Conducting PoCs for the discussed high level approaches.
- Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
- Take ownership of feature releases for designed modules and work closely with developers to resolve challenges.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Solution Architecture, including designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and secure solutions
- Experience in Consulting to identify business needs and recommend effective technical solutions
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration to create and connect technology systems
- Knowledge of Business Process optimization and workflow streamlining
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in an on-site capacity in Mumbai
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role is a plus
