Job Description
Solutions Architect — B2B SaaS | Supply Chain & ERP
This is not a typical architect role.
You will own the entire solution lifecycle — from client conversations → problem definition → architecture → delivery alignment. If you enjoy working at the intersection of
business + technology + execution, this role is built for you.
What You'll Own
- Client-Facing Solution Ownership
- Lead deep-dive requirement workshops with clients
- Act as the face of I2B for all solution discussions
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured, scalable solutions
You are not just gathering requirements — you are shaping the solution.
- Architecture That Scales
- Design multi-tenant, high-scale B2B SaaS systems
- Architect workflows across Supply Chain — Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse, Fulfilment
- Ensure strong non-functional design — scalability, performance, reliability, integrations
- Bridge Between Business & Engineering
- Convert client requirements into clear technical direction
- Work closely with engineering on APIs, microservices, and integrations
- Remove ambiguity and drive execution clarity
- End-to-End Delivery Ownership
- Own the full arc: Workshop → Solution Design → Delivery Alignment
- Proactively identify risks and drive solutions
- Move fast without compromising quality
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 6–12 years in Solution Architecture / Technical Consulting / Product Engineering
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Deep exposure to at least one domain — SCM / ERP / Manufacturing
Client-Facing Strength
- You have led requirement workshops and owned client outcomes — not just attended them
- Comfortable presenting to and pushing back on CXO / VP level stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can simplify complexity
Technical Depth
- Microservices, APIs, cloud-based scalable systems
- You can design systems on a whiteboard — not just talk about them
- Strong grasp of non-functional requirements — latency, uptime, scale
Functional Understanding
- Clear understanding of Order → Inventory → Warehouse → Fulfillment workflows
- Can connect business processes with system design without needing a translator
Strong Plus
- Oracle / SAP / ERP implementation experience
- Background in fast-paced product startups
