🚀 Hiring: AI Architect — LLMs & Healthcare (Remote)
We’re looking for a seasoned AI Architect with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a strong background in healthcare technology to lead the design and delivery of production-grade clinical AI solutions.
⚠️ Note: Candidates from AP & Telangana are not eligible for this role.
🔍 About the Role
You will architect and build cutting-edge AI systems — from LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines to agentic AI systems — while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards like HIPAA and FHIR.
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
AI & LLM Expertise
- 12+ years in AI/ML, including 3+ years in LLM & GenAI
- Experience with LLM APIs: OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude), LLaMA, Google Gemini
- Strong hands-on with RAG architectures (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
- Experience with agent frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI
- LLM fine-tuning: LoRA / QLoRA / PEFT
- Advanced prompt engineering (few-shot, CoT, instruction tuning)
Healthcare Domain (Must Have)
- Strong understanding of EHR/EMR, clinical notes, lab data, imaging, and claims
- Knowledge of standards: HL7, FHIR R4, DICOM, ICD-10, SNOMED CT, LOINC
- Expertise in HIPAA compliance (PHI handling, de-identification, audit controls)
- Familiarity with FDA AI/ML SaMD guidelines and GxP compliance
- Experience with clinical NLP (entity extraction, summarization, coding automation)
Architecture & Platform
- Cloud platforms: AWS (SageMaker/Bedrock), Azure OpenAI/ML, GCP Vertex AI
- MLOps: MLflow, Weights & Biases, CI/CD, model monitoring
- Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
- Backend: Python (expert), SQL, REST APIs, Spark
