Welcome to Searce
The ‘process-first’, AI-native modern tech consultancy thats rewriting the rules.
We don’t do traditional.
As an engineering-led consultancy, we are dedicated to relentlessly improving the real
business outcomes. Our solvers co-innovate with clients to futurify operations and
make processes smarter, faster & better. We build alongside our clients. Not for the
vanity metrics. But for the transformation to embed lasting competitive advantage for
our clients.
The result? Modern business reinvention, built on math, tech, and clarity of purpose.
We identify better ways of doing things.
Solver? Absolutely. But not the usual kind. We are searching for the architects of the
audacious & the pioneers of the possible. If you are the type to dismantle assumptions,
re-engineer ‘best practices,’ and build solutions that make the future possible NOW,
then you are speaking our language.
➔ Improver. Solver. Futurist.
➔ Great sense of humor.
➔ ‘Possible. It is.’ Mindset.
➔ Compassionate collaborator. Bold experimenter. Tireless iterator.
➔ Natural creativity that doesn’t just challenge the norm, but solves to design what’s better.
➔ Thinks in systems. Solves at scale.
This Isn’t for Everyone. But if you’re the kind who questions why things are done a
certain way—and then identifies 3 better ways to do it — we’d love to chat with you.
Solutions Architect: Cloud Security
As a Forward-Deployed Solver (FDS), you are the technical architect of trust. You lead the design and execution of cloud infrastructures that are not only AI-powered but inherently resilient and "secure-by-design." You translate complex risk postures into automated, high-performance architectural realities.
Your Responsibilities: What You Will Wake Up to Solve
You will "futurify" client businesses by ensuring their digital leaps are protected by unbreakable foundations and self-healing systems.
Architecting Resilient & Secure Cloud Ecosystems:
- Design end-to-end security architectures (Zero Trust, Identity-Centric Security) on Google Cloud and AWS.
- Develop Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roadmaps, establishing SLIs/SLOs/SLAs that align technical performance with business outcomes.
- Create comprehensive modernization plans that move clients from legacy "perimeter" security to "cloud-native" micro-segmentation and automated compliance.
- Image of Zero Trust Architecture Model
Engineering Continuous Governance:
- Lead the implementation of Security as Code (SaC) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Pulumi to eliminate manual configuration drift.
- Design automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning (SAST/DAST) and "policy-as-code" gates.
Pre-sales Excellence & Strategic Advisory:
- Act as the "Technical Truth" in the room, explaining to CISOs and CTOs how a move to the cloud reduces their blast radius and improves mean-time-to-recovery (MTTR).
- Develop Statements of Work (SoW) and technical proposals that quantify the ROI of reliability and the cost-avoidance of robust security.
Experience & Relevance
- Architectural Pedigree: 6+ years in cloud architecture with a deep focus on Distributed Systems and Cloud Security. You’ve moved beyond simple migrations to complex, multi-cloud mesh architectures.
- Infrastructure Automation: Expert-level mastery of Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes (GKE/EKS). You treat manual intervention as a bug.
- Enterprise Buying Process: Experience navigating the rigorous security audits and "Red Team" evaluations of Fortune 500 enterprises.
- DevSecOps DNA: Proven track record of breaking down the silos between Security, Dev, and Ops to create a unified "Engineering" culture.
The "FDS" Bonus Points (Founder Energy)
- Scale at Speed: You’ve managed the "1→10" growth of a platform where a 10-minute outage meant a million-dollar loss.
- AI-Powered Security: You’ve solved for horizontal AI automation—not just building the LLM, but securing the Data Pipeline (P2P, HR, or Claims) that feeds it.
- Bias for Action: You default to Build, not present. When a client has a vulnerability, you don't send a slide deck; you send a Pull Request.
- The 'evlos' Methodology: You iterate fast, using chaos engineering (like Chaos Mesh or Gremlin) to break things on purpose so they never break in production.
