Job Description:
We are looking for a strong ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in UI Builder and Service Portal development. The candidate must have hands‑on experience in building scalable, user‑friendly interfaces within ServiceNow and should be able to work independently on complex customizations and integrations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, primarily focusing on UI Builder and Service Portal components.
- Build intuitive and responsive workspace experiences, portals, and pages within SNOW.
- Develop custom widgets, client scripts, server scripts, and integrations.
- Work on catalog items, workflows, flow designer, and platform automation.
- Implement best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions within SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile/UK-shift environment.
🔹 Mandatory Skills
✔ Strong ServiceNow Development Experience (7+ years)
✔ UI Builder — must‑have, hands‑on
✔ Service Portal Development — must‑have
✔ JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS
✔ Workflow / Flow Designer
✔ Catalog item development
✔ Excellent debugging & problem‑solving skills
🔹 Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITOM modules
- Experience with AngularJS (for legacy portal customizations)
- ServiceNow Certification(s) — CSA, CAD, CIS (preferred)
🔹 Shift & Work Expectations
