🚀 Hiring: Solution Architect – Conversational & Agentic AI | India
We are actively looking for a Solution Architect with strong experience in Conversational and Agentic AI for an enterprise-grade voice & chat self-service platform.
This is a high-impact hybrid/SAFE program focused on transforming legacy IVR systems into world-class voice & chat self-service capabilities using advanced AI technologies.

WatsonX | Sierra.AI | Cloud Platforms | API Ecosystem | Conversational AI | Agentic AI
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Work on epics/features with guidance from Train Architect
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs & Tech Leads to refine requirements
• Partner with domain architects to validate cross-domain solutions
• Work closely with Integration Architects to deliver solution artifacts (sketches, PPTs, etc.)
• Apply and build architecture patterns where needed
• Present solutions to stakeholders including architecture teams & business leaders
• Continuously build strong business & system domain expertise
📍 Location: PAN India
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
✔ Strong Solution Architecture background
✔ Hands-on experience in Conversational AI / Agentic AI
✔ Experience with enterprise-scale platforms & integrations
✔ Excellent stakeholder communication skills
