About Us
We are building a team to deliver foundational Customer Data Platform (CDP) use cases in just 45 days.
Our approach is fast, structured, and client-centric — designed to bring clarity, predictability, and results under pressure.
We’re hiring a Solutions Architect to orchestrate these 45-day missions — and beyond.
This isn’t a typical project manager role.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business → technical. Take vague goals (“We want onboarding emails”) and turn them into schemas, flows, and measurable success criteria.
- Design the tracking plan→ Events, traits, identity stitching, naming conventions — no one writes a line of code before you say “ready.”
- Validate the flow→ Use Segment debugger, staging/prod checks, and QA logs to prove events flow source → Segment → destination.
- Draw the map→ System diagrams anyone can understand — from a VP of Marketing to a junior engineer.
- Overcommunicate→ Document every decision in Notion/Confluence. Update Trello/Jira like it’s gospel. No silent work.
- Collaborate→ Partner with the Engagement Lead, Engineers, QA, and client stakeholders daily. Your clarity = their velocity.
- Ship outcomes→45 days → validated foundational use case in production, documented, and signed off.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & maintain tracking plans and identity models.
- Enforce schema conventions and event validation rules.
- Run technical deep-dives with clients to uncover hidden dependencies.
- Review dev instrumentation, flag violations, and unblock quickly.
- Deliver diagrams, schemas, and documentation that survive team reshuffles.
- Support QA by validating flows, identity stitching, and consent/privacy rules.
- Ensure acceptance criteria are always measurable, always tested.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Experience designing/implementing data/analytics or martech solutions.
- Hands-on skills with Segment (or similar CDP), event schemas, and identity resolution.
- Comfort with debugging event payloads and validating against schema.
- Strong ability to explain technical systems in plain English.
- Tools fluency: Segment Debugger, Trello/Jira/Linear, Notion/Confluence, Slack/Email, diagramming tools (Whimsical/Excalidraw).
Bonus Points
- Prior CDP implementations (Segment preferred).
- Familiarity with GA4, Amplitude, Snowflake, Looker, or other destinations.
- Experience working on tight 4–6 week implementation timelines.
- Building checklists, templates, or playbooks for repeatable work.

Tools You’ll Use
Segment Debugger, Trello/Jira/Linear, Slack, Notion/Confluence, Excalidraw/Whimsical, GA4/Amplitude/Snowflake/Looker, and Zoom/Meet.
Rule of thumb: If it’s not on the board, it doesn’t exist. If it’s not documented, it didn’t happen.
