Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales turnover and ensuring a positive customer experience through to conversion.
- Build and maintain a loyal network of influencers to drive business generation.
- Scout opportunities to reach end consumers through diverse sources, increasing business in a cost-effective manner.
- Own the customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
- Demonstrate multitasking abilities in managing relationships with diverse influencers and stakeholders (Interior Designers, Kitchen Studios, Bath Stores, and Trade partners).
- Exhibit achievement orientation (targets) and execution excellence (sales tools, systems, process adoption).
- Understand competition offerings and continuously raise the bar for customer experience.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer delight.

Sales
- Sales value generation at category level and Source of Awareness (SOA) level.
- Effective conversion of leads.
