Position: Solution Intelligence Analyst II

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

The candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand complex business problems and develop data-driven and AI-assisted solutions that deliver measurable impact. Specific responsibilities include:

·      Translate business requirements into analytical and technology solutions across finance and enterprise domains

·      Collaborate with business and technology teams across the full solution lifecycle — from problem framing and prototyping to deployment and iteration

·      Develop and maintain intelligent business applications and analytical models with a focus on practical, real-world outcomes

·      Present findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and structured manner

·      Identify opportunities where data and AI can drive business value and support prioritization through well-reasoned business cases

·      Ensure quality of deliverables and maintain documentation to support governance, knowledge continuity, and future enhancements

• Perform quantitative and AI-driven analysis on large volumes of granular business data — including customer performance, transactional, and operational datasets — using modern tools such as Python, R, and cloud-based AI/ML platforms
• Design and deliver intelligent business solutions leveraging predictive modeling, natural language processing, and applied AI, moving beyond traditional analytics toward scalable, automation-ready frameworks
• Work closely with business stakeholders and team members to translate analytical outputs into actionable, real-world business decisions

 

Skillset/Requirement:

• Graduate from a premier educational institution with strong academic credentials; 1–3 years of hands-on professional experience
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and solution development; exposure to R is a plus
• Working knowledge of ML concepts — regression, classification, clustering, NLP, and model evaluation techniques; formal coursework or certifications (e.g., Coursera, fast.ai, DeepLearning.AI specializations) preferred
• Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and working with APIs of large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Exposure to system integration concepts — REST APIs, data pipelines, and connecting AI/ML models into business applications or workflows (good to have, not mandatory)
• Ability to handle complex, ambiguous business problems and translate them into structured analytical or AI-driven solutions with measurable outcomes
